II. Live Chat with Our Support Team

If you're stuck between the hours of 9am and 5pm CST, your best bet is to write our support team. Click the icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen to message back and forth with a member of our staff who can help you out.

III. Submit a support ticket if you get stuck after-hours

If you have an issue and our support staff isn't available to speak by live chat, your best bet is to login to the vendor dashboard and submit a support ticket. Here's a handy video showing you how to do so:
